The property is conveniently located just a 40-minute drive from Bari airport. The hosts, Roberto, Donato, Assunta, and Pietro. The flat, Levante, is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The private balcony offers a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the sea. The property has direct access to a stunning beach, complete with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a lifeguard. The bar on the property has a great selection of top-shelf drinks and the staff ensures guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property are commendable.
Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

the location was perfect, with a stunning view of the ocean from the room's balcony. the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. the service was impeccable, with the owners being very friendly and ensuring that I had everything I needed. Plus, the bar on the property offered a great selection of drinks and provided fast service.
There was a lack of clear signage to find the entrance, which could be confusing for some guests.

We had a truly relaxing sea side break at Case Vacanza Marzano. The location was perfect, close to Monopoli and with easy parking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the nearby beach was a bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, such as the pot holed road and lack of toiletries, our overall experience was fantastic. The owners and staff were charming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for a seaside getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and easy access to a lovely beach.
